All clients receiving a service from Bober Handyman Service for the first time get a 10% BONUS for their next order. Materials are billed separately based on the receipt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by carefully listening to their needs and expectations to understand all the details of the job. Then, we discuss the work plan, timeline, and cost to ensure we're on the same page. Once all terms are agreed upon, I begin the work, maintaining transparency and regular communication at every stage. My goal is to create a comfortable experience for the customer and complete the job with quality and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in household maintenance and minor home repairs. Over the years, I have gained practical knowledge and honed my skills in home repair and maintenance, enabling me to handle tasks of various complexities efficiently and with high quality.
