I recently had a garage door opener installed by Goldi Garage Doors. I have a two door garage, but only one opener had been installed by the previous owners prior to me moving in. Goldi was very responsive to my inquiry for a new door on Thumbtack and extremely eager and enthusiastic to get the installation done. So I didn’t have to wait long. Mike arrived, was very straightforward about the task and costs, and skillfully completed the work in under three hours. In addition to installing the new push button switch to the left side of the existing one to match the door location, he also installed one slightly darker in color to also give a little more distinction from the older switch. He was also kind enough to give me a spare extension cord for the opener when the cord did not reach to the ceiling outlet due to my higher garage ceilings, which I greatly appreciate. Mike did a thorough check after the installation with the programming and positioning of the door. Pricing was fair, and product currently seems to be working very well. I am happy with the installation as I no longer have to get out of the car to open the second door manually. If there is one thing that could have made the experience just a little more comfortable, it would have been a more readily available invoice or write-up of the work, before or right after the installation was done.
