- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do bulk pricing, offering a discount the larger the amount of cakes I make for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the customer's needs, whether is a single cake or a large order. I love to get the best picture of my customer's vision or help create that vision for the customer. That's a must!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hah, let me tell you! I have a bachelor's in psychology and mental health and a master's in counseling and human services. In between my two degrees, I worked for about 6 years in the Hospitality field at 5-stars, 5-diamonds property The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO, and at Walt Disney World. I did both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house roles. I am a self-taught Tres Leches cake artist who continues to strive to get better at my craft. What does this mean? Highest quality in customer care, by providing a product and experience that will go above and beyond your expectations!
