- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of junk and amount of space your junk takes up in our truck. Just set up a time for one of our crews to come to your property and we will give you a free on-site no obligation estimate. We can also provide estimates with pictures of the junk/debris if the pictures allow us to see all of the items. We offer discounts to our seniors, military, and repeat customers. Don't forget to ask about our discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First just give us a call or simply fill out our book online option and let us know where the junk is located and a good time and day we have available and we will send a truck and two junk Lyfters to give you a fair and honest price for your removal. Then all you have to do is sit back and let us do all the heavy lyfting!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a total of 30+ years combines experience serving our customers performing junk removal, demolition, home building, remodeling and home services. 15+ years in junk removal and hauling alone. Whatever you need hauled we have the experience to make it happen and make it happen smoothly.
