Introduction

Our business is for the small business and home users. We provide computer repair and troubleshooting. We also troubleshoot and repair home and business networks. As the owner I have over 30 years of computer troubleshooting and repair experience. I have encountered unique problems that I can solve quickly. I find computer repair relaxing. It is a joy for me to solve issues with computers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco. I have also been trained through the Navy and 30 years of hands on repair and troubleshooting.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a father that let me mess with his computer. I took apart his TRS 80 and reassembled it. This is how I fell in love with computer repair.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a customer that had an issue with G Suite interfacing with Outlook. This was fun because I hadn’t had this issue before so I had to research it to solve the issues. This took 4 hours to repair once I solved the interface corruption.
