Once you reach out to me, we'll schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals and needs. From there, I'll create a personalized training plan and schedule sessions at a time and location convenient for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Florida Atlantic University, as well as multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which is a highly regarded institution in the fitness industry. These certifications cover personal training and stretch and flexibility coaching. I also have over 100 hours of shadowing experience with physical therapists, which has given me valuable insights into injury prevention and rehabilitation. In addition to my formal education, I have years of experience working with clients both in gym settings and as a private, in-home personal trainer, which allowed me to adapt to different environments and client needs, I am committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the industry to ensure that I provide the best possible service to my clients.
