- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and reflects the quality and care I put into every clean. I don’t cut corners — I focus on doing the job right. Rates may vary depending on the size of the property and the type of cleaning needed (standard, deep clean, turnover, etc.), but I’m always happy to provide a clear quote upfront with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand your specific needs, schedule, and expectations. From there, I’ll provide a customized quote based on the size of the property and the type of cleaning required. Once we agree on the details, I’ll schedule the cleaning and make sure everything is done thoroughly and on time. I also check in afterward to make sure you're fully satisfied — communication and reliability are key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are background-checked, insured, and trained to meet the highest standards. We use a “white glove” approach to ensure every property is spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready. In addition to hands-on experience, our team stays updated on best practices for eco-friendly products, proper sanitization techniques, and Airbnb host expectations. We're committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results every time.
