- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free delivery when you buy our products! We also offer 10% discount on the services when a job is booked within 7 days of the estimate. We also try to include many services free in the estimate, such as garbage removal, furniture removal and replacement, toilet removal and replacement (for bathroom installs), transition installation, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide you a free estimate where we bring product samples, take measurements, and go over all of the details related to completing the job. We make sure you clearly understand each step and provide you a final price quote for the entire job. We don't leave anything out that can pop up as a "surprise cost" later.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
