FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send a fully-equipped service truck out at no cost to you. Our technician will take a look at the problem, let you know everything that's involved, and give you flat rate prices out of a menu price book for any work to be done. At Zoom Drain, we prioritize transparency and fairness in our pricing strategy. We charge by the job, not by the hour, to ensure that our pricing is fair and consistent, protecting our customers from variable pricing practices. This flat-rate menu pricing system means that every customer pays the same price for the same service, ensuring fairness and eliminating the worry of being charged more than a neighbor for identical services. We do not charge extra for services rendered during nights, weekends, or holidays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Zoom Drain technicians undergo rigorous training and are fully equipped to handle all drain and sewer-related issues with the utmost expertise. Our team is not just a group of generalists; we specialize exclusively in drain and sewer services. This specialization is supported by extensive in-house training, ensuring our technicians are knowledgeable in the latest techniques and technologies in the industry. From high-velocity water jetting to sophisticated video inspection methods, our team's training is comprehensive and continuous, guaranteeing expert service in every job we undertake.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider in the drain and sewer services sector, it's crucial to select a specialist who is committed to delivering not just quick fixes but lasting solutions. Ensure the company you choose operates with transparency in pricing—preferably with flat-rate menu pricing to avoid surprises. Look for a provider that promises and delivers 100% customer satisfaction, offers a clear and understandable warranty, and does not charge extra for services outside regular business hours. Additionally, it's important to verify that their technicians are background-checked, drug-tested, and professionally trained to handle the specific challenges of drain and sewer work.
