- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All package pricing is based on a minimum of 4-hour service time and does not include labor. *Labor costs are $125 per bartender based on a 4-hour event. Longer events are priced at an additional $25 per hour & bar package pricing is pro-rated. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine the correct number of staff to ensure your events’ success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial communication with a prospective client, we collaborate with our new clients to understand the needs of the event. We have a few package options readily available to choose from, or we can customize a package to fit the needs of the customer. After the event package has been established, we will explain pricing, event details, pre and post event procedures, and any other information to make the event an absolute success.
