Working with him was amazing! He was very courteous and professional, I was contacted within 30 minutes from my request. He was able to meet me the same day. Charges were very reasonable and worth it. I was in a position I could not come to him and he drove all the way to see me to meet my needs. Pastor and Chaplain Mills has been officiating weddings long before establishing Celebrations under the sun! He is very experienced, professional, personable and accommodating. He will work with the vision you have and make suggestions too if you like. He did that for me! Our wedding ceremony was succinct but not rushed and all the guests enjoyed it. I highly recommend him. He will bring calm to any chaos (hopefully there is none) and is a great improvisor.
