We couldn’t be happier with the amazing transformation Coastal Outdoor Concepts did for our front yard! Eric and his team took what was once a complete eyesore—dead grass, overgrown bushes, and old mulch that our HOA constantly complained about—and turned it into an absolute showstopper. They replaced the tired old mulch with beautiful river rocks bordered by double-stacked pavers, creating a clean and modern look. The overgrown bushes were swapped out for stunning gardenias, blue daze, and foxtail, which add so much life and color to the yard. And the difference the St. Augustine sod made? It’s a brand new lawn! No more patchy, dead grass—just lush greenery. On top of that, they fixed our sprinklers, installed an outdoor power outlet, a Pro Trade landscape lighting transformer with an Intermatic astronomical timer, and 10 landscape lights that make our yard glow beautifully at night. It’s now a beacon in the neighborhood, and we’ve already gotten so many compliments! Eric and his team were not only professional and efficient but also a pleasure to have around. They worked within our schedule and kept everything affordable, sticking to our budget without cutting corners. The lighting work that Coastal Outdoor Concepts did on my house is starting to become the envy of the neighborhood. Just a couple days after they completed the installation of my permanent outdoor lights I was asked for referrals. Five Stars all the way! I can’t say enough good things about Eric Riggins and Coastal Outdoor Concepts. I recently purchased a new home and the irrigation system was a mess. From the moment I contacted Eric, he was responsive and was able to come out the same day.
