I hired Artistry Caseworks to do a significant amount of custom trim work throughout various areas of my home. The goal was to have a wow factor as soon as you entered my home. In terms of the quality and value of their work I give them an A++ rating because of how meticulous they are when it comes to details. I give them an A++ as well for responsiveness. There were changes I made along the way in the middle of the project and they always responded positively to make sure my expectations were met. So from a quality, value and responsiveness standpoint they deserve 5 stars. I’m giving them 4 stars overall only because the project took longer to complete than what I originally anticipated. Maybe time to completion could have been communicated better upfront so that proper expectations were set. In summary, as long as you are clear on expectations upfront you’re gonna be extremely happy choosing Artistry Caseworks. They are flexible and open to constructive feedback. We couldn’t be happier with our finished product and are already making plans for their return to get a couple additional projects done.
