Mark showed up promptly at our scheduled time, even a bit earlier. I had the times mixed up and he waited over 45 minutes for me to return home. The problem with my fridge turned out to be a LOT more complicated and instead of taking about an hour to repair, it took over 3 hours. He was diligent and stuck with the job until it was done. At the final, he never requested more money than his original quote. You just don't find professionals like this anymore.

He did a great job showed up at scheduled time. He did all the work he said he would. He gave me a price before he came and that’s exactly what he charged. He fixed the dryer heating element changed a belt and cleaned out the inside. Great job I will definitely use him again.

Great guy, friendly, helpful. However, he could not fix the issue although he tried for 3 hours. Still don't know what's wrong with the dishwasher. I would definitely hire TXcellence again though.
