Steve called to say he’d be about an hour late for a 9:00am appointment. This was our first meeting for an estimate last Friday. He didn’t seem to listen to what I was telling him the job was, did some quick measurements and left, asking when I wanted him to start the job. I told him that I was going to get a couple estimates before moving forward but had a timeline of when the job needed to be completed. He said he would send me an estimate in a couple days. It is now Tuesday evening, no estimate, and after messaging him this morning there has not been any response. Very disappointed.
