Attention Refine, Inc. remodeled my recently purchased condo unit. Including a complete remodel of the kitchen that involved removing a wall to open the kitchen up to the living room area, installing new kitchen counters, a sink and all new kitchen appliances that I had purchased. Wil Smith is very professional and does great work. He shows that he cares about doing a quality job. Attention Refine, Inc. also remodeled the bathroom. Basically, Attention Refine, Inc. turned an old unit dating back to 1964 that had never been renovated and was in desperate need for an upgrade and transformed it into a lovely place that where anyone would want to live.

Wil remodeled our condo in 2023. We had new floors installed, walls and ceilings re-textured, walls and ceilings repainted, had a wall removed between the kitchen and living room, new tankless water heater, new cabinets in the bathroom, new window sills, new baseboards. Everything was done and completed on schedule and great work quality.

I wish I could choose all five of the above choices with regard to working with Attention Refined, Inc. Mr. Smith not only provided outstanding craftmanship and professionalism but also trustworthiness. I live in New York and my condominium is located in Florida. After acquiring the condo, I decided to renovate the entire two bedroom/two bath property and start fresh. Being only able to go down sporadically, he would make time to meet with me on my schedule to go over the next phase of the project, budget and timeframe. Mr. Smith had keys and total access to my property. He kept in constant communication with updates via photos, emails and texts. He went above and beyond, as he would recommend subcontractors, allow them access and oversee their work. We were never, ever disappointed when we traveled to Florida and opened the door to see the quality of work that was accomplished. Mr. Smith
is a prime example of what a professional/high quality contractor should be.
