Paul and team arrived at our house in the morning to fix a leaking pipe connection and to replace the drain plug on our Master Bathroom tub. After assessing the situation and providing an incredibly reasonable quote for all the work to be done, Paul and his team left to buy the drain plug, returned an hour and a half later and - within an hour - fixed everything to perfection. We are very happy to say the least!

Treat them the way you would want to be treated to start. Then inform them with knowledge about what it is they're asking of you. The more information you can provide the customer, the more the customer will trust you, and likely buy from you. Most people will not buy a product or service from someone that they don't trust.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
state licensed plumber, hotworks certified, OSHA 10 certified, have taken courses on advance heating, including industrial hot water, steam, and radiant systems.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I couldn't see myself working the rest of my life in a cubicle, so I decided to go to a trade school. Plumbing just seemed to be the most promising of all the trades. One of the smartest decisions I've ever made in my life!
