- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on each job and what all it entails to get the repairs done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree upon a day and time, we show up, access the problem and let each customer know the cost of the repair. We can either take care of the issue right away, or set up a time to come back when it is convenient for both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of industry experience and training, 8 years of owning my own business.
