- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It just depends on the length, thickness of the hair & what services the client wants. I can tell you that we will be lower then any other salon you will go to. Plus we are Mobile so we can come to you on your own schedule which is super convenient as we work 7 days a week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st step will be to do a free virtual Consultation. Then we can discuss the different products & services that are available. This will allow me to see what your hair looks like now & discuss the end result along with how many sessions it will take to achieve your goals if for example you are going from a level 1 - Black - Brown to a level 11 - Blonde.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Elite hair stylist have been doing hair for over 10 years with a mountain of "hands on" experience in Master Balayage coloring working with all diverse types of hair, textures & styles. We are all certified in L4 - Master Blonding & have over 1200 hours of education under our belts.
