- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are industry standard. I try to give a fare price to customers so that everyone is happy. The quality of work I provide surpasses the price that I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with a lead from a customer. The next step would be to contact the client and assure them I’ve read what the job entails and ask if they would prefer a phone call, text or message within the Thumbtack app. I then set up an appointment to come to estimate the job and thoroughly go over the repair or installation process with the client. After everything is discussed I then email the customer an invoice with photos and begin the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken many workshop classes to perfect my craft. I have many years of experience and I am constantly trying new techniques to advance my craft.
