Ray has been heaven sent! Truly appreciate you working around my schedule to get my dishwasher fixed. I initially hired someone else from Thumbtack to fix this, and they came to my home and “diagnosed” that the issue was the sensor latch. I wound up contacting Ray, and had the new part on hand. He installed it and it still was not working. Ray is the one who suggested that the motherboard was the issue. He came back out to install the new motherboard and now my dishwasher is working again! Didn’t realize how much I NEED this appliance. I literally bought paper plates and utensils while it was inoperable. LOL. Thank you sooo much, Ray! Will definitely use your services in the future.

ray was very efficient and did a wonderful job installing a bed room ceiling fan. The job was done quickly. Ray showed me how to work the wall switch. It was a pleasure to work with Ray and I will have him back again.

Ray was very knowledgeable. I had a new gas dryer I needed converted and installed. Upon showing up he knew right away that I was missing a required part and didn't even charge me extra for the wasted trip. I ordered the part and once I got it he came right over and got everything working perfectly and quickly. He even stayed and made sure it worked like it should. Excellent service.
