- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in our pricing. But know that we take great care in what recipes we develop. Our goal is to have every dish be excellent on it's own so nothing is an after thought. This is one reason why we have repeat customers for so many of our dishes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost are there any food allergies that we need to know about. Secondly, what is their perfect menu and will it match their budget. We want to be totally transparent on cost, ingredients and quality. Thirdly, service type. Buffets (Served and Self Serve), Sit Down Dinners all have a different cost because of man or woman power needed and portion control of the food. Once these expectations are discussed there is less room for misunderstandings.
