Our service charge of $99 for sending a highly experienced service professional to your home is waived anytime you agree to have a repair performed on your appliance. We ensure that you receive an accurate quote, proper repairs with OEM parts and knowledgable, friendly service. We always provide upfront pricing (we charge by the job and not the hour), arrive during a scheduled appointment time, and guarantee our work when parts are installed. Above all else, we aim to provide phenomenal customer service, which is why we diagnose your repair in person, and we always treat your home with respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are multiple ways to make an appointment with us, you can call our office and our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you with scheduling your appointment, or you can go online to our website and book an appointment yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician have trade school certification in HVAC and Refrigeration. We are trained to work on all major brands in the appliance repair industry. We specialize in refrigeration from wine coolers, refrigerators, kegerators, to reach coolers and freezers.
