- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have discounts for family plans, larger packages as well as couples pricing or more than one person working out with one trainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come in for a free assessment and workout. See the gym, meet the trainers. Included in the assessment is range of motion testing, strength testing, body fat %, measurements, stabilization testing and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are NASM certified as well as EXPS (Exos Performace Specialists).
