I started EMS a few weeks ago and I feel so much better today. Florent is an extraordinary coach, very professional and excellent advice. Progress is felt after a few weeks, thanks to its always very varied sessions. A big thank you to Flo and Nancy for always listening and being so wonderful with me. Motivating, dynamic coaching, smiley staff, cosy pleasant center. I had never saw nor tried these technologies, and it's very efficient. I especially do EMS training, it's a quick session (20min) but I really felt my body working like hours of exercise! I already feel my muscles more toned than before, I will see even more awesome results after a few more sessions. Glad to have Pulse in my weekly routine!

The best wellness center I have ever been. I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to lose body fat and gain cardio, and or gain muscle mass. Flo the trainer owner is top notch as he makes the training session fun and effective.

First, we analyze your body constitution with a 3D Scan. Then, following your goals, we will orient you to specific prestations to reach your goals. We follow your progresses with regularly scans.
