- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure to be upfront and don't come back with extra charges at the end. We also ask that you are upfront with us with the full scope of the job by texting pictures and being descriptive to what we will be doing so we can accurately quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have lunch together, just kidding! We discuss the scope of the project and we give our recommendations, then we estimate our time to make sure we are on the same page, then we make plans for the date and time of the task, then we show up (ON TIME) and get it done with great attitudes and have fun getting a workout :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We love to lift things and have been doing it since a young age. To us we enjoy it; no we really do! We love the challenge of maneuvering a tough corner and we make a game of it. This is family business so we encourage speed of work and strength of lift.
