FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a contractor, my typical process for working with a new customer usually includes the following steps: 1.Initial contact and consultation: This is typically the first point of contact with the customer, and it's an opportunity for me to gather information about the project and understand the customer's needs and expectations. 2.Proposal and quotation: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, I'll prepare a proposal and quotation that outlines the scope of the work, the materials and equipment required, and the estimated cost and timeframe for completion. 3.Contract agreement: If the customer agrees to the proposal and quotation, we'll work together to finalize the contract details and sign an agreement. 4.Project planning and preparation: Before work begins, I'll plan out the project schedule and order any materials or equipment that's required. 5.Execution of the work: This is where the actual work takes place, I will coordinate with my team and communicate with the customer throughout the process to ensure the project is on schedule and on budget. 6.Final walk-through and customer satisfaction review: Upon completion of the work, I'll walk the customer through the finished project and gather feedback to ensure complete satisfaction
