Sergio arrived on time, always communicated via phone call or text! He did a very good job painting the interior of my garage (walls & popcorn ceiling). Also, painted the ceiling of my backporch to remove water stains. Very tidy. Reasonble pricing!

Details: 1 room • Walls • Ceiling • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches

Sergio Interiors did a fantastic job at the wall painting. The walls look great. The painter also made sure the spaces were cleaned after the work was completed.

Details: Home • 2 rooms • Walls • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with a color change • Excellent - clean and smooth • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

Sergio Interiors's reply
Thanks, Gunjan.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a contractor, my typical process for working with a new customer usually includes the following steps: 1.Initial contact and consultation: This is typically the first point of contact with the customer, and it's an opportunity for me to gather information about the project and understand the customer's needs and expectations. 2.Proposal and quotation: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, I'll prepare a proposal and quotation that outlines the scope of the work, the materials and equipment required, and the estimated cost and timeframe for completion. 3.Contract agreement: If the customer agrees to the proposal and quotation, we'll work together to finalize the contract details and sign an agreement. 4.Project planning and preparation: Before work begins, I'll plan out the project schedule and order any materials or equipment that's required. 5.Execution of the work: This is where the actual work takes place, I will coordinate with my team and communicate with the customer throughout the process to ensure the project is on schedule and on budget. 6.Final walk-through and customer satisfaction review: Upon completion of the work, I'll walk the customer through the finished project and gather feedback to ensure complete satisfaction

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in Construction and Civil Engineering, and about 5 years of working experience.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before talking to professionals about a painting project, customers should consider the following questions: 1.What areas of the house or property need to be painted? 2.What is the desired finish (e.g. matte, satin, gloss)? 3.What colors are desired for the project? 4.Is there a specific timeline for the project? 5.Is there a budget for the project? 6.Are there any specific paint or material preferences? 7.Are there any other specific requirements or considerations? 8.Is the surface preparation included in the scope of the project or is it something I should take care of ?
