From the very beginning, we made every effort to outline clear expectations during our initial consultation. Given your timeline to move, which was under a month, we communicated that certain items might not be available for shipping within that period. Unfortunately, some of the items you requested were outside the typical scope of our trade partners and were not accessible to us within your time constraints. We also want to acknowledge that you chose to source several key items independently from lower-end vendors. While we are always open to incorporating your selections, we want to stress that these decisions were made at your discretion and not at our professional design recommendation. Nevertheless, we worked hard to ensure that the quality of furnishings matched your choices where possible. Lastly, we would like to address an outstanding invoice. We’ve noticed that only the deposit has been settled thus far, which does not align with the details shared in your review. We respectfully ask that you attend to the balance as soon as possible, so we can bring this matter to a close. Our goal is always to meet the needs of our clients, and while we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, there are instances where expectations may not align.
