I had never had hypnotherapy before but I was going to have to drop out of college if I did not get my anxiety under control. Normal therapy was not working. The price of the hypnotherapy was actually good because you do not have to keep going every week. I only paid once. We found out why I was having the anxiety the reasons were surprising but made sense. I also loved the feeling of hypnosis. It was so calming and relaxing. I felt different right away but after I had listened to my recording for 10 days, the anxiety was completely gone. I really appreciate Lindsey giving me a lot of information and checking in with me. I have recommended her to friends and family. I am also thinking of getting hypnotherapy again for something else. It is a really great choice if you have a problem.
