- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to say, "if you need a excellent job done, you have to pay for it", I'll be the first to admit, I don't have bargain prices. I'm not the cheapest house cleaner, because I believe I'm one of the best at what I do. Don't be discouraged by this, you won't be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always try my best to get my new costumers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers come in all shapes and sizes, I do my best regardless. What is important is all of my customers appreciate my work, because I work very hard to make sure they're happy.
