FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the particular package you're interested in, and whether lessons are private, semi-private, or group classes. We also have special packages designed for: women, seniors, juniors, and those needing more distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step is our initial conversation to discover more about your game. From there, we'll identify how long you've been playing, how frequently you golf, and where you're headed with your game.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For ten years I owned and operated Swing In Time golf shop in Buffalo, New York. We specialized in professional instruction, and custom-fit golf clubs. Currently I'm in the final stage of the PGA Professional Golf Management Program. I've worked with The First Tee junior golf program, both as a coach and heading up a fundraiser. Was also responsible for operating the junior golf program at Clearwater Country Club for the past 3 years. When instructing I often refer to the classic teaching books by Ben Hogan, Bobby Jones, Sam Snead, Paul Runyan, Walter Hagen, and also many of the present day teachers.
