FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are competitive and reflective of the high-quality service and materials we provide. Here at One Clearwater Construction, we strive to ensure fair pricing while maintaining excellence in our workmanship. If you have any specific concerns or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out to request a bid. We're here to assist you. I always encourage my clients or potential clients to do the same things I would do on pricing, here's a 3-step approach Step 1 - Use Google or ask a PRO - what's the average cost of a bathroom or kitchen renovation in Clearwater, FL? Here's some typical costs for projects: a 5x8 bathroom is $10-15k for standard renovation, $25k for master bathroom, and $25-50k for a kitchen remodel that depends on a clients taste, finishing product needs (low grade vs. medium or high grade). What this means? Do you prefer laminate, granite, quartz, or marbel finish on countertops. That helps determine total pricing. Step 2 - Do some research with a few contractors and get a few bids. Always be mindful of their time and effort for speculating vs. serious interest. Lots of efforts goes in behind the scenes where you might need information down the road. Step 3 - When/if you hire someone, you are looking for a relationship that you feel good about the communications. Ask questions on how they communicate before/during/after the project. Identify a match and check their reviews wherever you can find them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we start by understanding your needs through thorough some preliminary discussions to determine your preferences & needs within the project. Most times, we'll schedule an onsite visit to review the work, get first-hand eyes on the project to better understand the physical environment to provide the right recommendations. We'll assess the project scope, discuss timelines, and provide a detailed plan tailored to your requirements. Clear communication and transparency are key throughout the entire process, ensuring that we meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. One of our super powers here at One Clearwater Construction is the company background started in the business world first, then became a contractor while 99% of others are the opposite, meaning we'll prepare you & make sure the customer is happy first vs. vice versa with lots of emphasis on customer satisfaction.
