We are very sorry you feel that way and we are willing to fix any unresolved issues if you contact us, however we should let it be clear that we informed you we are a countertop company and we do not do electrical however regardless of that fact we decided to please the customers request and install the outlet through the new quartz backsplash. And as seen in the picture you posted the outlet lid was installed incorrectly yet we are still being blamed for a job we didn’t even charge for and went ahead and fixed as a favor. If that was the case we would have been more than happy to assist an unknowing customer on how to install and outlet lid and any other task they need help on as we went ahead and did anyway in your case. Regarding the gap in the backsplash that gap is unacceptable for us a company therefore our installers would never leave a job with something looking like that, that is why we had our installers call the customer and have them look at and approve the job before the final payment is made as was done in your case. However we still took it upon us to go fix the situation as soon as we had a moment available which unfortunately wasn’t as fast as you desired which you demanded we went the same day , we gladly went only 2 days later to fix issues that were caused by the customers incapability of waiting for the backsplash glue to dry to install the outlet lids causing the backsplash to open up the gap. Regardless of all these facts we are still trying to demonstrate our customer service by offering our apologies and reaching out to settle any unresolved issues because our customers satisfaction is always our #1 goal.
