Unfortunately, my experience with Mason Air Conditioning and Heating, a big-box company, wasn’t great. The tech they sent out didn’t seem fully trained. He said everything looked fine and to call back if there were issues, but the AC still wasn’t cooling. I called a family-run company the next day, and they immediately recognized it was a capacitor issue, replaced it, and now it’s working perfectly. Mason Air Conditioning and Heating’s tech didn’t diagnose the problem correctly, which was frustrating.
