Introduction

My air-conditioning service is different specifically because I bring the customer with me and I show them everything that is wrong and how to actually fix it. Air-conditioning is the only thing I'm good at. Its simple and fun and there's nothing else out there that I could see myself doing other than fixing peoples air-conditioning problems. I really enjoy working in the air-conditioning industry.

Greggory came out and did a full diagnostic on my unit as well as my neighbors. He walked me through ever step of the process and showed me what and how he was checking. Everything was very transparent and you can tell he is very passionate about his work. I will be using him for all of my properties moving forward.

I felt my experience with Greggory's Service Experts was handled with the utmost professionalism combined with extreme knowledge. I was educated on the steps that were being taken so that I knew exactly what was going on. My A/C had quit cooling and Gregg was able to get my A/C up in running within a matter of 20 minutes.
