Be sure you know what's not included. It was a special thing for the to do sliding glass doors for an extra fee whereas another cleaning service I used always include them - but not windows which is fine. The eventually went back and did the sliders and didn't charge. I appreciate that they were willing to earn my business.

Responsiveness in setting up the appointment was excellent, via text. I appreciate the tips on removing the blue toilet cleaner stain and their attempt to clean it. However, the overall cleaning was a bit underwhelming, with some areas overlooked. There was also an unexpected language gap, which meant I had to communicate with a third party to coordinate with the cleaner. The staff were friendly, but it wasn’t what I expected.
