Exceeded our expectations for quality workmanship, price and timing.
We needed the roof completely replaced to meet the guidelines of the insurance company. They provided a reasonable bid which was lower than many of the other contractors. They were willing to meet our timeline and also offered additional suggestions to help lower our insurance bill.
We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job.
I have lived in SW Florida for 22 years and have required many home repair services and I have been consistently disappointed in the low quality work for the high dollar.
Roman Roofing is the exception and I would strongly recommend them.

Needed re mediation to address home inspection report that listed A/C, Roofing and Water in walls. Received a call to address all items and place them into a report that I was able to use to counter and show the identified problems were resolved. I would definitely use them again.Thanks for being prompt and professional - not always so easily found these days.

Roman did some repairs on roof- high, low nails and sealing. Excellent service/results. Dave and Chris very professional and knowledgeable. Also got a price for re roof and it was the lowest of the three I got. Would recommend this company highly for repair or a new roof

Removed and replaced broken concrete roof tile. Responded promptly to a request for an estimate. Price was fair and they completed the repair promptly and efficiently. I would hire them again.

I needed a ridge vent and tiles around it to be replaced as I was getting water starting to come in during heavy rains. Chris came out promptly and did an excellent job. Replaced the vent and also sealed all other vents properly to ensure all was good.
