We hired this company based on their claim to handle siding projects. Unfortunately, we later discovered they subcontract their siding work, which led to a terrible experience. The project was riddled with issues: the trim around two of our windows now prevents us from opening them, caulking was poorly executed or entirely missing in several areas, and the soffits appear dented and used. For the cost of this project, we expected far better quality and attention to detail. Their follow-up was unprofessional and inadequate. While they severed ties with the subcontractors responsible for the work, they did not take responsibility for fixing the issues. As a result, we are now left with the expense of hiring another company to correct these mistakes. This has been a very disappointing experience, and we cannot recommend their services for siding projects. If you subcontract work, you should ensure it meets the quality standards your clients deserve.
