- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount if you download the TestM app and send us the report. Our $29 diagnostic is very affordable and waived if you do the repair with us. This includes a full diagnostic of the motherboard, screen, and battery. A black screen or phone that does not power on does not necessarily mean a new screen will fix the issue. A true, thorough diagnostic can be the difference between a true device repair done right, or a tech "guestimating" that a black screen is truly a screen replacement, or something else. Even a device losing battery charge can be the charger port, or even an IC chip, and not necessarily a bad battery. Have an honest person look at it, and not someone looking to swap parts and charge you $$$$$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing different options, as all repairs are not created equal. Some prefer original parts. Others prefer generic, more affordable parts.

Microsoft Certification (MCP) and PC upgrading certified.
