We are constantly researching the market and changing our policies. Discounts and credits are often offer for recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to contact the new customer via phone, introduce ourselves and schedule an appointment to discuss the customers wants and needs. Personal interaction is the key to a successful business relationship.
