- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work on an hourly rate and my clients are happy with that. I do not stretch the time of work and you pay only for pure time. If the client is far from my base, I add a small call fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I say hello, I find out what day is convenient for installation, I talk about the cost of my services. I arrive at the appointed time, do excellent hard work and get my money. Enthusiastic customer writes a great 5-star review
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For this work, you just need hands-on experience, nothing supernatural is required for this.
