- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair, tailored to the complexity and budget of each project. We know that some tasks may require more time, while others just need a quick helping hand, and we adjust our pricing accordingly. We value transparency and don’t believe in charging unfair fees. We also offer discounts for veterans and seniors, and we’re happy to discuss special pricing for repeat customers. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers through honesty and quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, safety is always our top priority. If we feel that we are not the right fit for a particular job, we are happy to step down and allow the client to find someone more suitable. We approach every new client with respect, taking the time to listen to their needs and wants and provide tailored solutions to their unique situations. We believe that open communication is essential for a successful project, and we welcome feedback throughout the process. We take pride in our work and always aim to deliver top-notch service while remaining respectful, and adhering to client boundaries. In addition, we always ensure that our workspace is clean and tidy, leaving no mess behind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise and experience in this industry come from being a family business passed for generations. Our extensive training hands-on experience have been over the years and across over 500 jobs completed, culminating in a wealth of knowledge that is unparalleled. Through years of hard work, we've gained the skills and expertise necessary to excel in our field, and we take great pride in the work we do. While formal education is essential, our experience and family tradition form the core of our expertise, which sets us apart.
