- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi, I always take the time to come up with the actual costs , as close as possible, involved in a job. Then I estimate the time it will take to complete the job including all of the parameters and add the two costs together. If there are 3 or more of the same tasks to be done at the same location then I would consider a discount. Thank you, Les
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi, I respond to the lead sent to me on Thumbtack on the lead page on the site. Then I find the phone number and reply on a text to the customer. I am open to any channel of communication that the customer wants to use. Thank you, Les
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hi, I have been doing home maintenance and repair for over 20 years. Am capable of completing almost any task needed as a 1 man operation. Thank you, Les
