A NICE guy eager to find a solution to a tricky leak. Quick response via Thumbtack and good follow-through. Determined to get the job done despite setbacks with scheduling, traffic, and summer rains. The exterior caulking of what seems to be the leak source will need a few days -- till the next rain. Then we'll see if we have correctly identified and solved the problem. So far, so good... I am optimistic that I can soon add the 5th STAR.
