Alex Marquez found exactly was wrong with the ceiling over the pool deck. Two previous workers had either missed or messed up. There was even one more surprise after he opened one area. He knew what needed to be done. Went out and got what was needed. Voila! The corner stud was replaced and sturdier than before.
Within the day he and Vanessa finished an outstanding job ‼️. I wish I had met them sooner.
