- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and in the lower side of the market price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduced myself and explain the process of repair and what can be expected, after the consent to walk the property I proceed to troubleshoot the unit, find the problem and inform the client if he needs a part and the price. After his/her approval I proceed to do the repair and after I finish I test the AC unit that is working properly and give the customer my labor warranty.
