They were very friendly and worked efficiently. Although, they weren't able to make the original appointment time they rescheduled for first thing the next morning and showed up on time. I had a couch and 2 rocker recliners cleaned, and they came out looking very good. I would recommend them.

Yolanda and her partner did an excellent job! They worked hard to remove stains from two light beige couches, and bedroom and stair carpets. After the couches dried I could see some stains left on the arms. They returned the very next day and got everything out. I will definitely use J and M again!

This has to be one of the best owner-managed companies that I have workied with since coming to Sarasota in 2015. They were outstanding in removing old stains, getting an overall beautiful cleaning of 4 rooms in very short time, plus in working alongside other contractors s who were here simultaneously.
