Don’t waste your time contacting them. I had scheduled an appointment for 8 rooms to be cleaned. I took the day off from work to accommodate their schedule. The window was from 1-4 and I never received a call. Complete waste of my time.

No showed. They gave me an 11-1 time frame that we agreed on. 1 came around with no communication. I asked if they were coming and all I got was a “yes”. I gave them another hour with a few asks in when they were coming. They never responded. Awful experience.

They arrived on time however quite disorganized by forgetting several things once he arrived at the front door. They were here to clean three rooms as advertised for $89 but spoke very fast and tried to upsell the cost to $289. The owner was rude and when I said we decided not to have this done due to their rudeness then he responded that you still owe me $89 because it was a service call! I was caught between a rock and hard place so I was forced to have the three rooms done. Certainly won’t be giving them a call back!

She already agreed to deep-cleaning but after she decided on the price, she refused to pay it. She stole, and the service was terrific. She humiliated him and lied, then posted a bad review and lied about everything she said there.
