Ronaldo did an excellent job cleaning my area rugs. After determining the rug fiber, he recommended a specific cleaning for that material to maintain longevity and appearance. He did not rush through the cleaning process but was meticulous in every step. I asked for Scotch Guard which is always an easy 'add on' for most every carpet company. Ronaldo determined with the rugs I had, Scotch Guard would not be a good choice. He probably isn't the cheapest but then, I don't have the cheapest rugs either. If quality and knowledge are your concern, he's your man.
