Julie was awesome. Everyone loved her drinks, bubbly personality and attention to detail. She goes the extra mile for sure. She dehydrated fruit and garnished everything perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better bartender and so happy I found her on thumbtack. We will definitely use her again.

We recently used Julie (SoFlo Pours) for a holiday party at our home. From our initial interactions, we knew she would be fantastic! She discussed the details of our party with us and created several signature cocktails to match the party theme. She spent several days prior to our party making homemade garnishes to make sure the drinks not only tasted delicious, but looked festive. She has great attention to detail. She was well-organized, very personable with our guests, and the cocktails and service were amazing. We received so much positive feedback from our guests on their experience. Without hesitation, we would use her again and recommend you do the same.

Julie was a wonderful edition to the quinceañera we had for our oldest. She made sure that the adults had what they needed while still being kid friendly (she is so bubbly everyone adored her!!!) On top of all she is very professional and would 10/10 recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees start at 100 dollars per hour and go up from there based on number of bartenders required, custom menu and drink options (expensive ingredients get an upcharge), and custom bar options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by talking about all the details of your event so I can get you an estimate. How many guests, any specialty drink menus, custom bar options and decorations, etc. When we agree on a price, we will sign a contract and I will take a 50% deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience creating and serving craft cocktails with a focus on fresh Florida inspired ingredients. TIPS Certified and EO Insured.
